Returns will only be accepted if authorised beforehand. Bird Stop must be notified of any returns within 14 days of delivery. After this time, returns will be at the discretion of the management.
Goods must be returned at senders cost and must be in the original packaging and in good condition. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsiblity for a return until it is our possession.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns and delivery will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error by Bird Stop.
